Kingsbrooke

Kingsbrooke is located on Linton Hall Road, convenient to Routes 28, 29 and I66.  Kingsbrooke is a charming residential area with a total of 993 units mixed between two different styles of single family homes and two different styles of townhomes.  Between December 1, 2006 and December 1, 2007 there were a total of 59 sales recorded in the community.  Prices for Kingsbrooke townhouses range between $264,900 and $384,900 and Kingsbrooke single family homes sold for between $350,000 and $524,900 as of December 1^st, 2007.  The Kingsbrooke community is especially proud of the local “walk to” elementary school, Bristow Run.  Evenings will find walkers, joggers, dog walker, bicyclists and skate boarders all out enjoying the network of paths and sidewalks that connect to community.  The Kingsbrooke pool and community center is a central hub for the community and the builders parting gift to the community was a delightful tot lot that many of the “stay at home” moms find is the place for a delightful break in the middle of the day.  Kingsbrooke is a medium sized community that is big on family and very moderately priced.
